[WATCH] LETOYA LUCKETT CAMEOS IN MUSIC VIDEOS
by ControlFreak on Nov.05, 2009, under MUSIC VIDEOS
While we’re waiting for the “Regret” video let’s watch all the music videos where LeToya appeared. I remember being sooo excited years ago whenever she did a 5 seconds cameo in other artists’ videos. I never believed she would actually make it in the music business. I was hoping she would while knowing she never would. I wanted her to be a solo artist but I never thought that it would actually happen. And the dream became reality in 2006. She came a LOOONG way from these cameos to now 5 of her own videos. It’s funny how the first album only got 2 videos after being platinum and we’re getting more videos this era with an album that is not selling as good as her debut.
Enjoy!
(In parentheses are the timing where she had the best shot in the video).
Jamie Foxx: Blame it (2.30)
Fat Joe feat J Holiday I won’t tell (1.18)
Slim Thug: Diamonds (3.23)

by ControlFreak on Oct.19, 2009, under VIDEOS
I wish LeToya had another reality show this era because I enjoyed the first season so much. Here is it for those who missed it. To my haters: If you don’t fall in love with LeToya after watching these, you must have a problem.
THE H-TOWN CHICK, EPISODE 1 (Video)
LeToya running in heels in the streets of Hollywood to catch her first solo video on BET is just priceless.

[WATCH] Very first music videos where LeToya appeared (throwback)
by ControlFreak on Oct.08, 2009, under MUSIC VIDEOS
Before Destiny’s Child became the supergroup we all know, they started out like anybody else, doing small features here and there. Let’s watch the very first videos where LeToya sang. Watching these reminds me that LeToya is a veteran in this business and she should be respected for that.
This first video is from Lil’ O. and it’s called “Can’t Stop” They were so young. LeToya gets like five seconds in it lol. I like the song. Reminds me of the good ol’ 90s
In this one Toya has a little bit more screen time. It’s from Silkk Da Schocker and the title is “Just be straight with me”. The song ain’t just all that.
I don’t understand why Destiny’s Child worked with Matthew Marsden (“She’s Gone”). I guess the fact that they were on the same label was the only reason. This song is trash to me.
[WATCH] LeToya on The Ellen Show (Throwback video)
by ControlFreak on Oct.04, 2009, under LIVE PERFORMANCES
LeToya was on the Ellen show three years ago. She performed “Torn”. That was a great performance! One of the best when it comes to this song actually. Do you think she can go back there again and sing “Regret” with Ludacris? If you think so then CLICK HERE !
[WATCH] The first DC3 – LeToya, Beyonce, Kelly performing “Bills Bills Bills”… without LaTavia
by ControlFreak on Sep.29, 2009, under LIVE PERFORMANCES
Here is a throwback video of Destiny’s Child performing their hit Bills Bills Bills on French channel M6 … without LaTavia. Looks good to me. I remember them them having a photoshoot with these outfits but I didn’t know they actually performed this way. Latavia was sick. That is why she wasn’t there.
Lots of people say that that’s how DC3 should’ve been…. and I sorta agree. Michelle was just too old and didn’t have the training. She wasn’t a good fit for the group.
[WATCH] Destiny’s Child – Temptation (Live) [Throwback video]
by ControlFreak on Sep.07, 2009, under LIVE PERFORMANCES
“Lady Love” has just been released and when everything should be popping all over with live performances and interviews everywhere on national medias instead it all just seems to die down. All we have to offer you is some old throwback video of Destiny’s Child performing “Temptation” at Teen Summit in 1999. (mind you, it is the first time this is surfacing on the internet).
Something definitely off this era.
[Listen] Throwback LeToya interview from ‘06

Interesting interview from back in 2006 LeToya gave right after her self-titled album hits #1 in the country.
Part 2 and 3 after the break.
[WATCH] LeToya on BET’s “The Center” (Throwback Video)
by ControlFreak on Aug.17, 2009, under VIDEOS
Toya wasn’t on the Wendy Show today but hey, we got something else for you… We brought back this video. You know how BET Viacom always waste their time tryna remove their shows from YouTube. So you probably haven’t seen this one if you didn’t catch it around the time it was aired. Kinda dumb from BET’s part to always file complaints like that. I mean if you gone ask to remove the videos from YouTube at least provide an alternative on your own site where we can watch it. I swear these media companies are dumb as hell.
Anyway Julissa Bermudez interviewed LeToya 3 years ago in “The Center”. It was a cool one where she still had that thick coouuntry accent. I’m sure she can turn that on and off. She also sang “She Don’t” acapella.
FYI My best friend used to produce that show but sadly now it’s gone. That sucks how BET don’t have that many good shows left on the air….as we say we’re on a recession.
[WATCH] LeToya on BET Style
by ControlFreak on Aug.16, 2009, under VIDEOS
Here is a throwback video from back in 2006. BET Style reports from a magazine photoshoot. She looks good in it. Look at her considering “Gangsta Grillz” as her first single. Thank God she went with “Torn” instead.
