Luster Products has announced its selection of Grammy winning R&B singer-songwriter and actress LeToya Luckett as the fresh, new face of Luster’s Pink Brand Smooth Touch products.

Luckett’s image and autograph are featured on the new Smooth Touch Limited Edition relaxer kits in regular and super strength. The full product line includes Smooth Touch Go Glitz Olive Oil Sheen Spray; Smooth Touch Hydration Vibe Olive Oil Hair Lotion and Smooth Touch A Reason To Gloss Shine Polish.

The Smooth Touch relaxer kits featuring Luckett’s image began shipping in late June and will appear in stores across the country beginning later this summer.

Congrats LeToya! The “Preacher’s Kid” DVD/BLU-Ray (and Digital) are selling like hotcakes. It hit #4 on itunes (in the drama genre) and #33 on the general chart (all genres). Many retail stores like some of Wallmart locations are already sold out. Warner is advertising it a lot on BET and I think they should have done the same when it was on the movie theaters because you have thousands of haters tweeting about it thinking it’s a straight to DVD movie WHICH IT IS NOT. Can’t wait to see LeToya’s role in “Killers” out June 4th and see her have the lead character in an another movie.

BET unveiled the chart of the best music videos of the year, and even though their 106&Park show didn’t give it the exposure it should’ve had, Viacom gives it a fair credit by charting it at #23, topping other major hit singles of the year such as Mariah Carey’s “Obsessed”, Beyonce’s “Ego”/”Video Phone”, Pleasure P “Boyfriend #2″, Flo Rida “Right Round”, etc…
