After not only snatching Keyshia Cole’s endorsement deal with Luster but also her manager Manny Halley in the process, LeToya continues her takeover by replacing Beyonce as the spokeswoman of L’Oreal. L’Oreal’s marketing team first spotted her when she started to promote “Pink Brand Smooth Touch”. Our tipster from L’Oreal says “We love how she’s been promoting their -Luster- brand and we know she will do a wonderful job at promoting our products. LeToya is one of the world’s most gorgeous women alive and it is an honor for us to have her.”
The first run of commercials with LeToya will focus on cosmetics and will start mid-May with the campaign of “TrueMatch Super Blendable MakeUp” as well as the “Voluminous Original Mascara” lines. The TV ads will also introduce the release of her highly anticipated new single, produced by Darkchild.
FYI After a disagreement, L’Oreal has decided to not renew Beyonce’s contract and to use LeToya instead. Our L’Oreal tipster – who mind you, is also a long time Destiny’s Child fan- adds: “For me it was always Beyonce and LeToya. So when I knew it wasn’t going to work out with The Knowles anymore, LeToya automatically came up to mind. I’m sorry to hear that Beyonce had to fire her father over this situation but I’m pretty sure they’ll both be fine”.
