LeToya Luckett Battles through illness at UMES Homecoming Concert

LeToya posted a video on Twitter via TwitVid last night from backstage at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s (UMES) homecoming concert, where she was suffering from a sore throat. The singer had plenty of Ricola cough drops, but she didn’t think they had time to work. “We gonna try this show out, it should be a lot of fun. Pray for me.”

After the show she said “Thanks 4 ur love & prayers! I have the best love bugs EVER. Shoutout 2 #UMES for showin sooo much love even thru the madness! Hey.. I TRIED“.

Other performers of the night were Fabolous, Lloyd and Melanie Fiona.
